MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Our Marketing holds ultimate responsibility for the organisations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for our company.
DESIGN & WASHING DEPARTMENT
Our company has vast experience in the use of traditional dry processes such as grinding, hand scraping and chemical sprays. We have our laser machine and well equiped washing department.
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
At the start the company produced only 50,000pcs per annum of regular Five pocket Denim pants. Now, with the introduction of the additional machines the capacity has increased to 500,000pcs per annum.
FINISHING DEPARTMENT
Finishing and packing is an integral part of our business. Our workers are provided rigorous training before being inducted in production lines.

ABOUT US
Tropical Garment Ltd is a manufacturing company and has been incorporated in Mauritius since 1994. The company is in operation situated at Flacq and the size of the building is 20,000 sq feet. The factory started as a medium scale factory to manufacture denim pants targeting the African Region as the main market. The production range is 40,000 to 50,000 pieces monthly.
The factory involves in the manufacturing of denims such as Jean Pants, Short and Skirt. The trading are mainly with the local market, Reunion Island, South Africa and American market. It was developed by introducing styling, washing and finishing with the intention of catering to the demands of our customers.
During the past few years we have built a strong team to focus on the South African market. We have trained Merchandisers, Designer and Pattern makers who could keep abreast the changing trends in fashion and meet clients requirements. With this team we keep introducing new collections per year for which there is a great demand.
Further, our factory consists mainly of newly and highly sophisticated machines and we invest massively in automation to be able to meet the new demand of the fashion world.
